Katherine Heigl opens up with the world regarding her "white bubble life" and how it's had an impact on how she raises her adopted multiracial children. In an interview, actress Katherine Heigl, who plays "Firefly Lane" actress, along with "Grey's Anatomy", actress revealed her looks didn't bother her. But after having a conversation with her adoptive sister from South Korea about how society was treating them, she became aware of how much different their lives were. I wanted to know Meg whether, while she was out with her parents she received a certain treatment but when she was on her own, she received a different kind of treatment. She replied: 'Oh sure, I was treated the same way all the times! This made me realize I was naive," Heigl said to her parents. Her anger grew by the incident, and decided to use that anger to assist her daughters who were adopted by her. Heigl along with her 13-year-old husband -- singer Josh Kelley -- have a 4-year-old son together, Joshua Bishop Kelley, Jr. Their child Nancy Leigh was adopted from South Korea by the couple in 2009; Adalaide is an Black 8-year old girl that was adopted by the couple in 2012.
