Richard Bruce Cheney, son of Richard Herbert Cheney & Marjorie Lauraine Dickey was born on January 30, 1941 in Lincoln Nebraska. After 13 years of age, old, he emigrated along with his parents from Nebraska to Casper located in western state of Wyoming and his father was the director of the local district of soil conservation in the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
