Dwayne was the first pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC in 2007, which he started in 2007. He also serves as Director of Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Alongside his pastoring, Dwayne is a zealous advocate for developing the next generation of biblical counselors. He serves on the board of directors for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of numerous online publications, and also a contributor in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Change lives through the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne with His wife Leslie and their children.
